How became involved with vintage base ball: Back in 2007, my brother, Rich Lefty Mueller told me about the Cream Citys team and that they were considering adding another local team. We played for the Cream Citys team at a match that summer, and I enjoyed playing with older gents as well as the younger. I used to play for softball teams and after years of coaching soccer and basketball for my 4 kids, thought it would be fun to get back on the field again. Also, my brother and I have great memories of endless boyhood games of strikeout and being Knotholders sitting in the bleachers at County Stadium watching the Milwaukee Braves play. The vintage rules are quite an adjustment from modern day baseball, especially the 90 ft. base paths. I am enjoying reviving the traditions of a vintage era gone by and happy to be a Gray."
